Job Description

As a dedicated Support Worker, you will provide extensive assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Your duties may include personal care, meal support, hoisting, and transfers.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • A valid Victorian Driver's License
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desired)
