Early Intervention Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our clinical team in delivering high-quality support services that empower individuals to achieve their life goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing therapy using a family-centred approach and trans-disciplinary model
  • Developing, setting, and reviewing Family Services Plans for each participant annually
  • Drawing on expertise to deliver trans-disciplinary care within the participant's home environment, education settings, or other places of significance
  • Liaising with specialists to enhance participant outcomes
  • Compiling reports and letters for NDIS participants, healthcare professionals, and NDIS reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
  • Effective time management and autonomy in working environments
  • Evidence of clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and disability industry
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check or current VIT registration and cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
  • Alignment with core business values of Empowerment, Integrity, and Respect
