Job Overview

Position Aims

The Integrated Family Worker supports vulnerable children, young people and their families by addressing risk factors, family violence, mental health issues, drug and alcohol abuse, and parenting capacity. They help families identify goals that reduce risk to children and/or young people, address concerns, and promote child and young person well-being.

  • Possess an accredited qualification relevant to the position at Degree Level or above.
  • Have a passion for supporting children and families across the child and family support continuum.
  • Experience in dealing with children who have experienced trauma and attachment issues would be beneficial.
