As a Mental Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally sensitive care to individuals and communities. This is an excellent chance to expand your skillset and make a real difference in people's lives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of this role include delivering mental health assessment, treatment and intervention services, as well as engagement and educational activities within the community. You will also be responsible for working independently and autonomously, establishing and maintaining respectful and trusting relationships with clients, teams, staff and the community at large.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current registration with AHPRA, and AASW (if applying as a Social Worker). Suitable professions include Registered Psychologists, Mental Health Certified Nurses, Mental Health Accredited Social Workers, Mental Health OTs, and other related fields. You will also need a current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence and the right to live and work in Australia.BenefitsIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an excellent starting salary ranging from $76,000 to $97,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
