As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about good food and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and address the needs of customers
  • Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food offerings
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
  • Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy cases
  • Maintain back stock in good order
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs
