The Role of Clinic Nurse

This role contributes to comprehensive health support services, aiming to achieve improved health outcomes for all individuals. The Clinic Nurse will provide education and guidance to clients, promoting opportunities for enhanced health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing practice within a primary healthcare model, working effectively with medical professionals and coordinating workload to achieve results.
  • Understand principles of primary healthcare and possess ability to work collaboratively with diverse professionals and the public.
  • Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - to ensure quality medical documentation.
  • Vaccine and cold chain officer & infection prevention and control coordinator.
  • Demonstrated clinic experience and ability to implement comprehensive chronic disease care, aiming to achieve better outcomes for clients.
  • Competence in clinical software systems, technology, internet, desktop applications (e.g. Outlook, Mmex, LogiQC, word, spreadsheets, telehealth software).
  • Operate within clinical policy and procedures at all times.
  • Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into efficiency of clinical service provision.
