Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with care coordinators to deliver outstanding care to residents, advocating for individualized care plans that promote their overall wellbeing.
  • Oversee a team of care staff, empowering them through training, support, and leadership to advance the level of service to our residents.
  • In conjunction with your manager, ensure robust governance processes are in place to achieve care quality and compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement care initiatives centered on quality improvements, driving positive changes within our services.
