About the Role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies, providing technical support and education to customers. You will also conduct on-site education and consulting, assist with after-hours on-call support, and participate in conventions and meetings to increase product awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account sales strategies with sales colleagues
- Provide technical support and education to customers
- Conduct on-site education and consulting
- Assist with after-hours on-call support
- Participate in conventions and meetings to increase product awareness
- Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support
- Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff
- Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team
- Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations
- Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team
Requirements
- High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales
- Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver's licence required
