Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced project professional to join our team.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple sites, from scoping and quoting through to execution, financial performance, and client success.
  • Lead onsite operations and teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery, overseeing labour mobilisation, recruitment, rostering, and performance.
  • Review engineering designs and provide feedback to ensure tailored solutions are of high quality.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout all project stages.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, variations, and invoicing, ensuring legislative compliance across worksites.
  • Implement HSEQ systems and lead toolbox meetings, safety initiatives, and incident reporting.
  • Support the growth of our operations through strategic improvements, assisting with tender submissions, proposals, and business development.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects within remediation, industrial, or mining sectors.
  • Experience in managing rope access or scaffolding projects will be highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to scope and quote technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ and WHS legislation.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with confidence in managing multiple concurrent projects and teams.
  • Strong organisational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate and drive onsite operations to achieve performance targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing site teams.
  • Highly motivated individual with good time management skills and strong financial and operational management abilities.
  • Ability to travel to national projects as required.
