Aged Care Facility Manager - Central Coast Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team in a newly accredited facility on the Central Coast. This is a fixed-term 5-6 month contract opportunity to provide support to our residents and lead our team.
The successful candidate will have sound aged care experience at management level, sound clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will oversee all management and coordination of operations within the facility, working closely with our developed team to ensure exceptional support is provided to our residents.
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all management and coordination of operations within the facility
- Leading a friendly, welcoming team
- Working closely with ACFI RNs and head office to ensure seamless service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse through AHPRA
- Demonstrated financial management experience in successfully managing a residential aged care home or similar
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, Professional Standards and Guidelines
