- Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join their team in a fully accredited residential aged care facility located in Greater Sydney. As the Assistant Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facility meets the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements, while enhancing the quality of life for all residents.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clinical management across the facility
- Build capability and understanding of clinical needs among the team
- Understand the applied funding schemes and the aged care regulatory framework
- Work closely with residents, families, and employees to understand resident needs and ensure those needs are being met
- Provide leadership, maintain the chain of command environment, and go above and beyond for great resident outcomes

**Requirements**:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- At least 2-3 years of proven people management skills
- Sound understanding of the residential aged care accreditation standards
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
