Financial Analyst - Business Development

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our business development efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating commercial opportunities and providing strategic financial guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing customer profitability, and providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business cases and financial planning.
  • Analyzing customer profitability to identify areas for improvement and optimize commercial strategy.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial operations and alignment on reporting.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
  • Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA) is an advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic operating environment with multiple partners.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage people effectively.
  • Experience in strategic analysis, data analytics, and business modeling, project planning and execution, commercial competence.
  • Able to simplify complex situations and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
