We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to help lead our dynamic team at Shoes & Sox Bondi. As a leader in the business, you will inspire and help mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating a passionate team and assisting with managing the daily store operations.
  • Build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.
  • Closely monitor store sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising.
  • Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management.
  • Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous Assistant Store Management or Retail Sales Supervisor experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • Warm, welcoming, and patient with children.
  • Passionate about creating a memorable service experience for customers.
  • Proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management skills and confident communication with stakeholders.
