Business Intelligence Analyst

Our organization seeks a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development and implementation of innovative analytics solutions. This role will involve uncovering patterns, predicting trends, and providing meaningful insights that drive positive outcomes for patients, caregivers, and the organization.

Key responsibilities include designing and creating interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI, developing and maintaining standardized reporting templates, and creating clear and compelling visualizations to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, this role will involve working closely with clinical, data engineering teams, and other teams to deploy analytical solutions into production environments.

Requirements

  • Strong data wrangling skills using SQL, Python, or R
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining
  • Knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
  • Minimum two years relevant experience preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline
