We are seeking an accomplished Accountant - Business Services professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control the daily tasks, ensuring staff understand their roles, allocate work, review assignments, coordinate workflow to maximize outcomes, mentor and train employees, interact with clients and engage with various stakeholders.
  • Work on technical assignments as directed by senior management.
  • Be a professional advocate for the organization and other staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business services and client-facing roles.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an Australian public practice.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements for companies.
  • Able to complete tasks from start to finish as a compliant piece of work, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology and able to utilize Xero and MYOB as accounting software tools.
  • Degree qualified and Chartered Accountant (CA).
