Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team at Minor Hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for implementing effective revenue management strategies and making recommendations based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with and implement effective revenue management strategies
- Analyze data in the respective revenue clusters
- Compile statistical data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitor market conditions through competitor rate analysis
- Participate and lead daily revenue calls and ROAD meetings with key stakeholders to report on performance and align strategic objectives
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by Regional RM's and Director of RM
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 18 months experience in a Data Analyst position or similar
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience using a Revenue Management system (preferred but not essential)
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling channel managers like SiteMinder (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work full-time hours based in the Brisbane CBD, Monday - Friday only
