Job Title: Cosmetic Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in a dynamic retail environment. As a Cosmetic Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, quality customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain customers through targeted marketing initiatives and in-store events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
