Beauty Advisor Opportunity

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations to customers, offering in-store beauty services, maintaining the cosmetic and skincare aisles, and managing stock.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in cosmetics and fragrance, and provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Offer in-store beauty services, such as makeup applications and skincare consultations.
- Ensure the cosmetic and skincare aisles are well-stocked, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience working within a cosmetic and retail environment is essential.
- Formal training in beauty therapy or cosmetics is necessary.
- Strong product knowledge in the area of cosmetics and fragrance is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering excellent results and achieving sales targets.
