**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Officer to deliver and support ICT services for NSW departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incidents, deploying standardised infrastructure, hardware, and systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**About the Role**

The ICT Support Officer will contribute to a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and continuous service improvement. They will participate in the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of standardised ICT systems, provide operational technical advice to NSW departments, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills.
