Experience Designer

You are looking to advance your skills as a mid-level experience designer and contribute to digital product teams that drive meaningful change.

This role is part of a fast-paced digital product team comprised of producers, designers, and developers who work together to help clients achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Technical knowledge of user experience design methodologies and their application to digital design and product outcomes.
  • Experience working with design systems and UI components, including maintaining consistency and contributing new patterns.
  • Ability to design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
  • Experience preparing UI documentation and specifications for developer handover.
  • Understanding of human-centred design principles and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, colour theory, spacing, and more.
  • Awareness of inclusive design best practices and accessibility guidelines.

  • Proactive identification of skill gaps and seeking learning opportunities.
