About the Role

The Teachers Registration Board of South Australia is an independent statutory authority responsible for regulating the teaching profession. As Program Director, Digital Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring TRB transitions its systems, business processes, and people toward a data-driven decision-making culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of a flexible and resilient Teachers Registration approach.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program to drive digital transformation within the organization.
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders to deliver improved compliance and productivity outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification, including post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of system and/or digital transformations delivering increased value and impact.
  • Experience leading in a large and complex organization at an executive level, ensuring the translation of priorities into executed deliverables.

The successful applicant must gain a Department for Human Services working with children check prior to being employed, which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
