Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Conflict Resolution Specialist. This position involves providing expert advice on resolving complex legal and commercial conflicts, ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing guidance on conflict resolution strategies and procedures;
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in client agreements and other documents;
- Liaising with Partners and staff on conflicts issues and queries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Admitted to practice as a Solicitor (in any area of law) in Australia or another jurisdiction where our firm operates;
- 2+ years' post admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills;
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
