Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our product and retirement income strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic product initiatives aligned with our vision and mission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions that meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements and drive business growth.
  • Develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps that support our business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new-to-market solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
