Are you a skilled and ambitious leader with experience working in large format retail stores? Do you have a passion for creating engaging shopping experiences and sharing your knowledge with others?

This leadership role provides the perfect opportunity to showcase your merchandising and presentation skills while managing displays, planograms, and promotions. As a team leader, you will be responsible for enhancing showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and ensuring a high standard of presentation.

We are looking for someone with emerging leadership abilities who can demonstrate their skills in multitasking, prioritization, and leadership. If you have prior experience working in retail and possess a valid driver's license, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage showroom and product displays, including visual merchandising and planograms
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for sales associates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in large format retail stores
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to assist with deliveries
  • Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products
