Job Title: Retail Marketing Lead

Lead the development and delivery of state-wide retail marketing initiatives aligned to organisational strategy and values.

This is an influential and rewarding role that combines commercial marketing acumen with purpose-led work.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of the strategy, project management, and tactical execution of retail campaigns across a diverse network of stores.
  • Collaborate closely with both retail operations and marketing teams to translate business objectives into high-impact campaigns, drive customer engagement, enhance brand presence, and support revenue goals.
  • Lead the internal retail marketing committee to ensure best practice and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual retail marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with defined KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track performance metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Guide the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to organisational growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably in retail.
  • Experience localising broader marketing campaigns.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
