Key Retail Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing a cutting-edge marketing strategy for a prominent shopping centre located within a thriving local community in Brisbane's northern suburbs.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for executing the centre's marketing plan and campaigns, liaising with retailers, customers, agencies and the community on promotions and events, driving customer engagement and foot traffic to the centre, and reporting on the success of campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager or;
- Be an Assistant Marketing Manager with shopping centre marketing experience looking to step up into a manager's role
- Strong experience with digital and social media marketing strategies
- Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community
- A collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with customers/guests and retailers/operators
