Make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and children by becoming a case worker for a parenting program.We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our mission to provide evidence-based parenting education courses that promote early intervention and prevention for families in the community.The role involves working with diverse families referred from Child Safety Services, fostering safe and secure parent/child attachments, engaging and maintaining contact with families, and establishing effective relationships that encourage self-determination and participation.You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team leaders and staff to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects and programs, and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child protection policies and procedures.This is a fixed-term part-time position (3 days a week), based in Clarence City. You will have flexible working conditions, NFP salary packaging, employee assistance programs, and other benefits.The organization provides an inclusive work environment and values diversity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.To be successful in this role, you must have a tertiary qualification in social work or a similar field, diploma in welfare studies or related experience, relevant experience working with parents and child safety service interventions, computer literacy, and current checks such as national police records and working with vulnerable people checks.
