We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill a challenging role as a Desktop and Network Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for desktops, networks, and firewalls. Your expertise in routing and switching, end-user support, and field engineering will be crucial in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be able to respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and work efficiently to resolve issues. A strong understanding of network configurations, including LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration, is essential for this role.

Your laptop should be equipped with the necessary software, including Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, and a screwdriver set. Additionally, you should have experience with MS Office and be proficient in business English.

This position involves working with various technologies, including desktops, servers, and data center technologies. You will need to be well-versed in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and clients.
