Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement

  • Experience in Firewall replacement
  • Experience in handling desktop/network issues
  • Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
  • Install patches
  • Software and Hardware Break Fix
  • Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
  • Basics of Wifi
  • Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
  • Install and administer MS Office
  • Business English with local language

Tools To Carry

  • Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
  • Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45). If USB converter is used, ensure drivers are installed
  • Laptop should have the following program/software installed
  • Putty
  • Team Viewer
  • TFTP server
  • Screw Driver Set
  • Internet data Card
  • Console cable and laptop with ability to connect to Cisco router and use WebEx

Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
