  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready, providing them with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes, adapting to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with job seekers from diverse backgrounds.
