About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Activation Manager to join our team and help shape a diverse portfolio of shopper marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of Australia's most iconic beer brands, creating high-impact campaigns that drive growth across multiple channels and retailers.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative shopper marketing strategies, ensuring brand principles are upheld at all times.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with external agencies and suppliers to deliver Best-in-Class creative ideation and execution.

Owning internal and external relationships, you will understand the multiple processes across departments and ways of working, driving results through effective project management.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing or category management.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and the path to purchase.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth across a range of customers and channels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to present to a wide audience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
