Key Responsibilities

This role is centered around ensuring optimal staffing coverage and delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for preparing and managing staff rosters, working closely with the Manager Residential Care to maintain efficient staffing schedules and administrative functions.

You will be the key figure in scheduling, juggling shifts, filling gaps, and ensuring that everyone knows where they need to be ahead of time. Your duties will also include handling leave and training schedules, responding to pay queries, and managing paperwork.

About You

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Experience in rostering/scheduling using electronic systems, preferably Kronos/UKG Dimensions.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and interpret Awards and Agreements.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
