
Roster Coordinator Position

Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phones liaising with clients staff enquiries
- Rostering monitoring roster changes notifying staff and clients of changes
- Managing last minute roster changes and replacements
- Providing administration support
- Coordinating administrative/reception activities to ensure day-to-day operational needs are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roster management preferably within a healthcare or aged care setting
- Candidates must be able to coordinate negotiate and schedule Client and Support Worker rosters to ensure all shifts are filled
- Demonstrate strong computer skills including basic Excel
- An understanding of industrial awards and rostering software or drive to learn

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Roster: 1 year (preferred)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain
- National Police Check or willing to obtain
- Australia Work Authorisation
