Job Overview
A key opportunity for a Property Development Assistant to develop skills and gain experience across all areas of property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with landlord and tenant communication, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supporting inspections, maintenance requests, and arrears management to maintain optimal property performance.
- Learning to manage the full property cycle through structured training, including development, leasing, and asset management.
- Contributing to a collaborative, professional team environment, promoting open communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration (or currently completing it) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive, can-do mindset to drive results-oriented work and achieve goals.
- Previous real estate, customer service, or administration experience is an advantage but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
