This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a full Property Manager over time, with the support of our team every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine home inspections
  • Processing rental applications in a timely manner
  • Overseeing tenancy handovers and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the PM team
  • Communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Managing a small, high-quality portfolio with ongoing support
  • Developing hands-on PM experience under mentorship
Requirements:
  • Well-organised and dependable with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to build a long-term career in property management
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a small, friendly team
