About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Accountant to join our Finance team at Consolidated Power Projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all financial aspects of projects, providing strategic analysis and guidance to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support their reporting needs and provide critical insights to senior management.
  • Work alongside Project Managers on projects of varying scope and complexity, delivering financial oversight and actionable analysis to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (or similar) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years experience in Project Accounting, Management Accounting or similar role.
  • A proactive approach and strong communication, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders across various levels.
  • Previous experience in analysing financial data to assist project costs forecasting and assessing risks.
  • Proven ability in preparation of reports, working to tight monthly deadlines and supporting project delivery teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/project costing softwares.
