Trade Counter Specialist

About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our trade counter team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering parts and products to customers using company vehicles
- Managing stock levels, performing pick/pack activities, and maintaining a tidy branch and warehouse environment
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and offering expert advice on products
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Proven ability to work accurately, efficiently, and safely in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
- A passion for developing your skills and career within our organization
