Trade Counter Delivery Associate

We're seeking an experienced delivery professional to join our team in Blackwood. As a key member of our Trade Counter crew, you'll split your time between delivering products, providing top-notch customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and tackling various tasks that keep our warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day- Deliver parts and products to customers using our company vehicle
- Pick, pack, and stock control activities
- Help maintain a tidy and safe branch and warehouse environment
- Provide excellent customer service and information about products on the trade counter
- Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service
- Enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information
- Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems
- Holds a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working varied shifts, including weekends
