Job Title: Centre Technician and Trade Counter Sales Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service and possess good telephone manners. They will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to carry out instructions, and operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. A trade certificate is an advantage but not essential, and they must be computer literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.

In addition to a current driver's license, the ideal candidate will be well-presented and groomed, with a strong work ethic and pride in their workmanship. They will also live within a reasonable distance to the business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality service to customers.
  • Become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication.
  • Support daily operations of the Hose Service Centre.
  • Learn hose assembly, Machine/Weld, and pipe-bending procedures.
  • Assist customers' needs at the counter and on the phone.
  • Pick-up and deliver goods as required.
