We are seeking a driven professional to build and own our AI desk, defining our position in the AI market and developing long-term client relationships.

You will have the freedom to build your network, design candidate pipelines, and turn this desk into a key part of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the AI desk from scratch and set strategic growth objectives
  • Establish partnerships with innovative organisations leveraging AI technologies
  • Identify and manage pipeline of highly skilled AI professionals
  • Provide expert advice on salary benchmarks, market trends, and candidate availability
  • Represent us as trusted partner through networking, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement and aftercare support
  • Take ownership for revenue targets, growth milestones, and desk success metrics

Experience and skills required include

  • Recruitment background in technology or competitive markets
  • Strong business development acumen and ability to build a desk from scratch
