As their Senior AI Developer, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI innovation and business impact—working alongside engineers, product owners, and end-users to prototype, experiment, and embed AI into real-world products.

What You'll Do

  • Prototype and test AI-driven solutions through proof-of-concepts and experiments.

  • Explore and integrate LLMs, open-source models, and emerging AI features across AWS, Microsoft, Appian, and Snowflake.

  • Work with product owners and end-users to embed GenAI into applications, transforming how people interact with systems and data.

  • Participate across the full lifecycle: ideation, experimentation, testing, deployment, and storytelling of results.

  • Share knowledge across squads and contribute to the engineering Community of Practice.

What You'll Bring

  • AWS certification and hands-on experience with AWS AI services.

  • Strong Python development skills and experience across multiple AI frameworks.

  • Degree in maths, computer science, or data science.

  • Experience integrating enterprise apps with GenAI / ML models.

  • Curiosity and passion for exploring new AI frontiers like Agentic AI, A2A, MCP.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation—you like building, testing, and iterating.

  • Strong communication skills—you can explain AI concepts to business stakeholders and showcase your work with confidence.
