Job Description">

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an Engineer: Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for planning functions of underground operations to meet safety, production, and cost targets.

As part of this commitment, reporting to the Senior Engineer: Mine Planning, you will develop infrastructure plans and schedules considering mining interactions and budget requirements.

You will also guide and communicate planning guidance to the Production Team, assisting with weekly schedule development and collaborating across multiple departments.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
  • Completed WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency or ability to obtain one is required.
  • Strong underground engineering experience preferably in gold operations is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik and Ventsim is required.
