Chief Underground Planner

• Prepare stope designs, level plan layouts and mining instructions to meet operational mining schedules.
• Evaluate mine plans to ensure they consider ventilation, infrastructure and pastefill requirements.
• Develop infrastructure plans and schedules with due consideration to mining interactions.
• Provide planning guidance to the Production Team and assist with weekly schedule development.

• A motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• Completed WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency or ability to obtain one.
• Strong underground engineering experience preferably in gold operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik and Ventsim.
