About the Role

As a key member of our Pacific Energy team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile construction projects from inception to completion. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, this is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project manager to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of occupational health and safety and environmental management systems to ensure a safe working environment
  • Effective project status reporting, including milestones, deliverables, project budget forecasts, and risks to stakeholders
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks to minimize potential impacts
  • Ensuring variations to budget, schedule, or scope are approved within agreed delegations
  • Management of project activity through detailed plans, schedules, and reports to maintain transparency and accountability
  • Nurturing and maintaining day-to-day stakeholder relationships to foster trust and cooperation
  • Overseeing project progress and activity to guarantee quality assurance
  • Providing design phase and construction phase programming services to optimize project outcomes
  • Fostering a workplace culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork to drive employee engagement and motivation
About You

We seek a highly experienced and skilled project manager with a strong background in multi-disciplined construction execution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience within the power generation or gas/hydrogen industry. A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is also desirable.

A successful candidate will possess formal project management training in PMBOK or PRINCE project execution methods, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, as well as strong leadership, people management capability, and conflict resolution abilities. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to confidently interact with a wide range of people both internally and externally.
