We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sales team in Sydney as a National Account Executive.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the world of FMCG sales, with a specific focus on the dynamic and fast-growing eCommerce channel.

The successful candidate will support the Account Manager(s) in managing key online retail partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of our commercial strategy—delivering value for our customers, consumers, and business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution & Strategy
    • Support the execution of customer plans and promotional activity across eCommerce platforms
    • Ensure alignment with our commercial philosophy
    • Assist in the preparation of field activation briefs for key campaigns
  • Trade Spend Management
    • Manage processes including accruals, claims, and promotional forecasting
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of claims and budget tracking
  • Customer Management
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer buying teams
    • Complete promotional submission forms and customer paperwork accurately and on time
  • Forecasting & Reporting
    • Provide insights to support accurate customer forecasting
    • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
    • Conduct post-promotional reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Field Communication
    • Act as a key liaison between operations and the field team to ensure alignment and execution

For this role, we are looking for someone with 1–3 years of commercial experience, ideally in FMCG or eCommerce. You should have strong analytical and administrative skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
