Driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic relationships is a crucial aspect of this role. We're seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of major national accounts.
A key focus will be on establishing deep insights into customer businesses, building strong relationships across multiple levels and functions, and developing high-level strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement comprehensive plans to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Source contracted business ahead of competitive tenders, securing optimal terms and conditions.
- Contract Management: Ensure best value for the organization through effective contract management practices.
