As an Operational Finance Specialist in our Private Client Group, you will play a vital role in forming relationships with high-net-worth clients to provide them with support in navigating their financial futures.

The Opportunity:

You will be working closely with experienced professionals to manage all operational aspects of our firm's relationship with clients. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients via phone and email, fulfilling operational tasks between FIA and our top brokerage houses, establishing and clearing accounts, and resolving documentation and transfer issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with high-net-worth clients in an open, team-oriented work environment
  • Fulfill operational tasks between FIA and our top brokerage houses
  • Establish and clear accounts, resolve documentation and transfer issues
  • Work with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for all client enquiries

What You Will Need:

  • A University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity
  • Commitment to maintaining quality of work while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to meet challenges head-on and learn from setbacks
  • Engaging communication skills to connect with diverse audiences

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum
