**Role Overview**

The Opportunity

WiseTech Global is seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to strengthen our finance integration processes. This role will partner closely with M&A and act as the gateway to the Group for acquired businesses post-acquisition.

As the company continues to grow and acquire new businesses, there is a need to scale up the finance team to ensure continuous development and cross-training among the team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of new businesses' processes and aligning them to WTG policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the development of cross-functional finance integration plans for new acquisitions.
  • Execute finance integration plans, including the implementation of WTG finance processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and acquired businesses to execute entity rationalisation and statutory reporting.
  • Work alongside other team members to implement accounting systems in new businesses.
  • Identify and work with subject matter experts to solve problems.

**Requirements**

  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Good understanding of month-end close processes with some experience as ledger owner.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality financial reporting or financial planning and analytics deliverables.
  • Exposure to M&A, financial reporting, and FP&A/commercial finance teams.
  • Desire to learn and understand new systems and finance processes.
  • Personable and collaborative attitude with strong project management skills.
