Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of the Transition to Work Australia guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of local demographics and industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and data management, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
  • Cert IV in Employment Services (preferred but not essential).
