Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and resolving phone and written queries from licensees, including handling and escalating disputes and complaints. You will also maintain accurate records, cultivate knowledge of our portfolio of licences, and undertake outbound contact with assigned clients to ensure appropriate licensing coverage.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and resolve phone and written queries from licensees, including handling and escalating disputes and complaints.
  2. Maintain accurate records, including contact detail updates, changes of ownership, and cancellation information.
  3. Cultivate knowledge of our portfolio of licences and tariffs.
  4. Undertake outbound contact with assigned clients to ensure appropriate licensing coverage.
  5. Obtain music use information from licensees and provide adjustment instructions to internal Business Partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in portfolio management of high-volume accounts, including continuous evaluation.
  • Great phone manner demonstrating well-developed interpersonal skills and a customer focus.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and building rapport.
  • Strong computer literacy and intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Advanced comprehension and written communication skills.
